Oil Pulling - day 4 (less tenderness in my bottom right molar, don't notice nerve pain when sucking)
Pinkish urine upon wake up
Irritation in lower right abdomen

1 potato, 1 yellow onion, 3 okra - fried in olive oil, ketchup, water

Yesterday my fasting blood sugar was 289
Weight 186.5
I did NOT stick to only water, in fact, had soda. lots of evening snacking.
ACV before breakfast, Oil pulling before bed for 20 minutes.
Today:
I slept an hour or two max overnight.
Oil pulling on wake up. 2 TBSP ACV

FBS: 477 (yikes, no wonder I couldn't sleep)
Yeast infection
Breakfast: Oatmeal with apples, brown sugar, craisins, cinnamon, chocolate chips.
